We have recently received a few questions about who we are and what we do, so we thought we’d share a little more about our Mission.

From Sadie Mae, With Love is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing toys to animals in need.

Founded in March 2024 and based in Illinois, we have been honored to share toys with animals across the United States and internationally, helping bring comfort, enrichment, and joy to animals of many different species.

Our Mission is simple: to provide toys that make a difference in the lives of animals.

None of this would be possible without the kindness and generosity of our supporters, donors, and sponsors. Thank you for helping us share love, one toy at a time.

A Note from Founder Sandra Schreier

Sadie Mae was a rescue dog who found great happiness in her toys. After she passed away on February 26, 2023, I wanted to find a way to honor her life and the joy she brought to others.

I often say that Sadie Mae had the Vision, and together we are fulfilling the Mission.

Thank you for helping keep her legacy of love alive. ❤️🐾

🦝❤️ Tiny Paws. Big Hearts. ❤️🦝

From Sadie Mae, With Love recently had the privilege of donating toys to support the incredible work of wildlife rehabilitator and rescuer Renee Solano and the baby raccoons in her care.

From bottle-feeding orphaned baby raccoons to caring for injured wildlife in need of a second chance, the dedication, compassion, and countless hours Renee and her volunteers have invested in wildlife rehabilitation and care are truly remarkable.

While toys are often associated with dogs and cats, comfort and enrichment matter for wildlife, too. Safe toys can encourage curiosity, provide stimulation, and allow young animals the opportunity to simply be babies during an incredibly vulnerable time.

We are honored that a small part of Sadie Mae’s legacy could help bring a little comfort, enrichment, and joy to these tiny masked faces.
Thank you, Renee, for opening your heart and home to animals who have nowhere else to turn. At From Sadie Mae, With Love, we believe compassion has no boundaries.

Toy Donation Spotlight: Lakeland Animal Shelter

Recently, From Sadie Mae, With Love had the privilege of delivering toys to Lakeland Animal Shelter a non-profit organization in Delavan, Wisconsin whose mission is to enrich the lives of animals throughout their community.

For more than 45 years, Lakeland Animal Shelter has been a place of hope for homeless animals, caring for over 4,000 animals each year while helping them find loving forever homes. Through the dedication of their staff, volunteers, fosters, and supporters, they provide compassionate care, medical attention, enrichment, and second chances to animals in need.

The toys shared through this delivery are a small way of supporting the extraordinary work they do every single day.

For animals experiencing uncertainty and change, toys are more than playthings. They can provide comfort, encourage healthy activity, reduce stress, offer mental stimulation, and bring moments of joy during their journey toward a forever home.

We are deeply grateful to everyone at Lakeland Animal Shelter for the kindness, dedication, and compassion they show to animals in need. Thank you for seeing the value in every life and creating brighter futures for the animals in your care.
