Aspire Johnson County Our purpose is to drive economic development in Johnson County and the Southside of Indianapolis while serving the area’s business community.

We are committed to growing our communities by attracting businesses, representing members and investors, and engaging political leaders and legislative bodies. We will support and serve the businesses and communities within Johnson County and the Southside of Indianapolis while continuing to seek out and provide opportunities for increased economic development.

This past Tuesday, Aspire hosted our 2nd Women In Leadership Development event of 2026, featuring an insightful panel discussion about Cultivating Confidence & Calm Under Pressure.

We also want to thank our amazing panelists - Caryl Auslander with Torchbearer Public Health, Lynn Gray with Johnson Gray & Johnson, and Kim Pate with the University of Indianapolis for partaking in such an engaging and impactful discussion.
