David Galetta — SEED ministry team member.
"Grateful for the Lord’s faithfulness during a recent four-week trip to Rwanda. It was a joy to teach in multiple locations—walking through the Old Testament in Runda and exploring the meaning of Christ’s sacrifice in Systematic Theology classes in Nyabihu and Bugesera. The discussions were thoughtful, encouraging, and a reminder of how the Gospel continues to take root.

One of the greatest highlights came on May 28 as our team gathered for the second Erskine-SEED graduation in Rwanda. It was a special time celebrating these graduates and witnessing the Lord raising up men and women for His service.

Please join us in praising God for this fruitful season and praying for these graduates as they take their next steps in ministry."

Last week, World Witness Executive Director, Alex Pettett, reported at Synod on the growing impact of SEED Ministry in Rwanda, where pastors are being equipped with sound theological training and are now discipling others. Through this work, the Lord is raising up leaders who will help shape the future of the Church.

Pastor Bobby heads to Rwanda on Monday! 🌍🙏

He'll be traveling with SEED Ministries of World Witness, partnering alongside Rwandan churches to offer theological training, meet physical needs, and share the love of Christ. He's bringing two bags packed with clothes and school supplies for a Christian School with Reach the Children of Rwanda.

Please keep Pastor Bobby and the entire team in your prayers — for safe travels, open hearts, and words that transcend every language barrier as they carry the Gospel to the people of Rwanda.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." — Matthew 28:19

As Pastor Bobby will be out of the country for a week and a half, please contact the church office or your under shepherd team with any needs you may have. Your church family loves you and is here for you!

"This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it! "Psalm 118:24

What a joy it was to see the graduation of our 3rd Erskine Global Diploma in Theology and Christian Leadership program cohort of students in Rwanda this past week. To see their joy and to receive their thanks and appreciation was inspiring and humbling. As one of our teammates, David Galletta, aptly put it, "We've got the greatest job in the world!" Our students are pastors, church leaders, and church workers, with a passion to grow in their understanding and application of the Word of God. They are frontline kingdom workers pastoring churches, discipling the saints, planting new churches, and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ wherever the Lord takes them. It is a rich honor to serve alongside of them, an honor made possible by the faithful support and love of our wonderful donors! - Lee Shelnutt SEED Team Leader

In May, we were encouraged to see the Word of God faithfully preached in a growing church plant in Paris.

For the first time, World Witness Missionary Intern, Eric Gardner, delivered a message in French, from Luke 10:17–20, reminding us that our greatest joy is not in what we do, but in knowing that our names are written in heaven. It was a meaningful step in reaching people more deeply in their own language.

Despite limited resources—like the need to project without amplification—the Gospel was clearly heard. Several in the back shared their gratitude that they could follow along, a simple but powerful reminder of God’s provision in every detail.

Please continue to pray for this congregation at Nesle—for unity, growth, and for many hearts to rejoice in the hope of Christ.
