Here's another kitty through our Fix-a-Feline vouchers. This little one, Gio, came with a great story, in their words -

"One of the guys I work with had this cat show up at his house. He seems to be a magnet since he's TNR'd several others. He knew this one was a friendly, but already has a few of his own. A couple who we also work with fell in love with the little guy (who wouldn't!) & decided that their home was ready for a kitten. They've recently been through the loss of a beloved elderly dog, so I wanted to help ease the financial burden of this new baby for them. I'm getting the voucher as a gift for them. It's great to work with fellow animal lovers!"

What a lovely story of teamwork! No one can do it all, but we all can do something. Wishing little Gio a long, happy, house cat life!

With springtime kittens here, a lot of focus has been on curbing the feral cat population, which of course is always important! Did you know that we also help you take care of your pet's health through the SFA Fix-a-Feline vouchers?

Here are two kitties who will be part of our "No Kittens For Us Club" thanks to their families purchasing the Fix-a-Feline vouchers. We wish them a lifetime of happy snuggles, goofy playtime, & plenty of Churu!

Meet Aero! 💜

This adorable girl got her Speak for Animals' Fix-a-Feline voucher!

While Aero may never know it, this simple procedure will change her future. Spaying helps prevent unwanted litters, reduces the risk of certain health problems, and gives Aero the chance to live a healthier, happier life.

Every cat we help through Fix-a-Feline is one less litter struggling to survive and one more pet able to stay healthy with the family who loves them.
Programs like this are only possible because of the support of our donors and veterinary partners.

Together, we're making a difference for cats like Aero—one spay surgery at a time.

Aero is adorable, but the best thing about her today isn't her cute face—it's that she'll never contribute to pet overpopulation."

Summer means more time outside and more exposure to fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes.

Year-round prevention is the easiest way to keep your pet protected. Skipping months or waiting until you see a problem leaves your pet vulnerable.

All felines….ferals navigating the streets or friendly house dwellers….need our help. Their hormones are off the charts when female is in heat. That’s why we have been helping cats for over twenty years get spayed/neutered by offering their families/caretakers low cost/free options.
Fix-a-Feline (friendly) starting at $50; Feral cats are $25.
Make it happen. For their sakes. These 4 just got their vouchers.
Lives saved.

Absolutely amazing day volunteering for Greenville County Animal Care’s Free TNR event🐈‍⬛🐈! So inspiring to see the long line of heroes wanting to SAVE LIVES and make life better for community cats. The first person (pink sweater) got there around 4am!
What was gonna be 100 cats became 127 due to the compassion and commitment of Animal Care’s Clinic director!
So many people came together to make this happen - vet techs, veterinarians, admin, animal control, volunteers, staff…the list goes on and on. 👏🙌It is a huge effort and we are so GRATEFUL to Greenville County Animal Care for their dedication and commitment to putting this on every quarter.💕
