This one is especially bittersweet. ❤️🐾

Our sweet boy Zeus has officially found his forever home!

When Zeus first came to us with his brother Atlas, he was so scared and frightened that it often came out as hostility. It took a lot of time, patience, and love to help him feel comfortable around people. But after months of working with him, we finally got to see the sweet boy hiding underneath that tough exterior.

Zeus went from being scared of everyone to becoming the first one to greet me when I walked into the room. He loved to cuddle, get pets, and just hang out. Watching him come out of his shell and learn that people were there to love him and not hurt him has been such a rewarding experience.

We’re going to miss our sweet boy so much, but we couldn’t be happier that he’s found such a wonderful home. He deserves all the love, patience, and happiness in the world, and we know he’s going to get just that. ❤️

Congratulations to both Zeus and his forever family for finding and adopting the best boy!

It’s National Cat Day! 🐈❤️ Today, we’re celebrating every cat who has passed through our doors and left a little paw print on our hearts. 🐾
Since opening our doors, we’ve celebrated 700+ adoptions! We couldn’t be more grateful for every person who has adopted from Wayward Whiskers, donated, volunteered, visited, or simply supported our mission. Your support helps make a difference in the lives of so many cats. ❤️

Here’s to every cat who has found their forever home, every cat still waiting for theirs, and everyone who helps make it possible. 🐱🏡
Wishing you and all of your kitties a very Happy National Cat Day! 🐈🎉❤️

This one is bittersweet.❤️🐾
Puck has officially found his forever home! Every person who walked through our doors found themselves a friend in Puck, and it’s easy to see why. From riding on people’s backs to escaping his rooms and snacking on our plants, he always found a way to keep us laughing and make everyone fall in love with him. Don’t worry, though! Puck took a spider plant home with him so he’ll always have a little piece of the cafe and a reminder of all the friends he made along the way.🌱❤️
While we’ll miss his silly antics and sweet personality around the cafe, we couldn’t be happier for Puck and his new family. We can’t wait to see all the updates and adventures that await him in this next chapter!
