The Greene County Partnership is a joint venture of the Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Board, Tourism Council, Keep Greene Beautiful, Education & Workforce Development and the Agribusiness Committee. Formed in 1993 to promote, preserve and enhance the quality of life and economic well being of all Greene Countians by providing collective leadership and serving as a facilitator, catalyst

and unifying force to achieve common community goals. The Partnership is a highly effective organization for building community consensus and has become a model for other communities wanting to form similar organizations across the country.

The Greene County Partnership is proud to announce that we received THREE honors at the 29th Annual Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association Pinnacle Awards on May 21, recognizing excellence in tourism across the region!

✨ Event of the Year (Budget Under $50,000)
The 30th Annual Iris Festival Week was recognized for bringing our community together and showcasing the very best of Greeneville and Greene County.

✨ Partnership of the Year
Discover Greeneville and The Friends of the Cherokee National Forest were honored for their collaborative efforts in hosting the Greene County Firefly Festival, creating a unique and memorable experience that highlights the natural beauty of our region and attracts visitors from near and far.

✨ Adventure Tourism Leader of the Year
Congratulations to Joe Nowotarski, Manager of David Crockett Birthplace State Park, for being recognized as Adventure Tourism Leader of the Year. Joe's outstanding leadership and dedication helped maintain park operations and visitor experiences despite the challenges and damage caused by Hurricane Helene.

With rain in the forecast all day, we wanted to share a backup plan for tonight! If the weather continues, we’ll head straight over to Corner Garage Bar where Music Bingo kicks off at 7PM. 🎶

We’ll still have FREE drink tokens courtesy of Corner Garage Bar, and Full Throttle Kitchen Food Truck will be open and serving up dinner! 🍔
