The Greene County Partnership is a joint venture of the Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Board, Tourism Council, Keep Greene Beautiful, Education & Workforce Development and the Agribusiness Committee. Formed in 1993 to promote, preserve and enhance the quality of life and economic well being of all Greene Countians by providing collective leadership and serving as a facilitator, catalyst

and unifying force to achieve common community goals. The Partnership is a highly effective organization for building community consensus and has become a model for other communities wanting to form similar organizations across the country.

New numbers are in on what tourism does for Greene County!🧳

In 2025, visitors spent $120.6 million here, $330,300 a day, up 26 percent since 2018. That spending generated $10.9 million in state and local tax revenue.

Put another way: because of visitor spending, the average Greene County household paid $384 less in taxes last year. About $32 a month, back in your pocket.

Visitors don't vote here. But they help pay for the roads, parks, and services our neighbors depend on.

Congratulations to Nolichuckey Bluffs Bed & Breakfast Cabins on 31 years of welcoming guests to Greene County!🌲

We were proud to help them celebrate with a ribbon cutting this week, marking both this milestone anniversary and a wonderful round of upgrades across the property.

Guests will now find a refreshed Grandma's Cupboard & Restaurant, complete with an oversized photo op chair on the porch, an upgraded gazebo with a new ceiling fan, a spacious new deck at Magnolia Cabin, and beautiful new flooring in Dogwood Cabin. Their glass greenhouse is also getting fresh paint and will soon reopen for guests to pick out flowers and plants to take home.

Thank you for 31 years of hospitality and for continuing to invest in Greene County!

We loved celebrating with Vigor Medical, a division of Healthstar Physicians, at the ribbon cutting for their new Greeneville office! Located at 3225 E. Andrew Johnson Hwy., the new office brings comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families throughout Greene County and the surrounding communities.🩺

The Greeneville office is home to an experienced team of providers, including Claes Svendsen, MD, MaryEllen Johnson, FNP-C, and Emilee Miller, FNP-C, offering a full range of primary care services, from preventive care and annual wellness visits to chronic disease management and treatment for acute illnesses.
