Congratulations to ONE Lancer Center on a beautiful ribbon cutting and grand opening at 132 West Depot Street in downtown Greeneville! Around 100 guests came out to celebrate this exciting addition to our downtown corridor, developed by LCG Development International. The redeveloped space includes second floor office suites, a ground level retail opportunity, and the D.M. Ellis Innovation Room, a flexible event space named in honor of the building's previous owner and longtime Greeneville advocate, David "Mickey" Ellis.

This milestone is especially meaningful as it marks the first completed project for William Sams, who began developing ONE Lancer Center as an ETSU undergraduate and is now stepping into his full time role leading the company after graduating this spring. As Sams shared, "This type of project is all about the community. My hope for ONE Lancer Center is to benefit the entirety of downtown Greeneville. When one of us does well, we all do well." ONE Lancer Center will serve as the home of Lancer Capital Group Enterprises, LCG Development International, and Lancer Capital Group Foundation, which supports local JROTC cadets through scholarships, leadership development, and educational opportunities. Lisa Hart with Atlantic Bay Mortgage and Sheila Parker with Parker Health Insurance are the building's first professional tenants, alongside Property Advisors, which serves as property manager for the building.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life, including the Town of Greeneville, Property Advisors, Andrew Johnson Bank, First Tennessee Development District, Dave Wright Architect, Jeff Idell and Idell Construction, Missy Whitehead Designs, Becky Rideout, Jeff Taylor, tenants, friends, family, and all who attended. We are proud to welcome ONE Lancer Center to the Greene County Partnership family! For more information, visit lancercg.com or email [email protected]. This Giving Tuesday, we hope you will keep the Lancer Capital Group Foundation in mind as you make your year-end gifts! This year has been an exciting one for our mission, from hosting our s***t shooting tournament, to awarding $10,000 in scholarships to two outstanding cadets, to holding our first annual fall gala with Dr. Brian Noland. With your support, we can continue creating opportunities that strengthen our community and change students’ lives.

Our Giving Tuesday goal is $1,000, and reaching it will help us provide new color guard equipment and continue supporting JROTC cadets in Greeneville and Greene County. Every gift, no matter the amount, helps empower the next generation of leaders!

A Night in Tuscany was a success!

What an incredible evening at Link Hills Country Club celebrating and supporting Greene County’s JROTC cadets! With over 80 guests, we raised more than $5,500 for scholarships, leadership programs, and essential resources for our cadets. The Greeneville Swing Band helped to set the perfect mood as our guests danced the night away after dinner.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Brian Noland, President of ETSU, as our keynote speaker, and we’re so grateful to Mr. Scott Niswonger for his continued support and connection to this event. We also were fortunate to welcome one of our first ever scholarship recipients, Reagan Smith, as a VIP guest!

A big congratulations to Mr. Randy Sizemore, our Treasurer, for being named Board Member of the Year, and a huge thank-you to the 17 JROTC cadets who volunteered and represented the program with pride and professionalism.
