Regarding his latest exhibition, David says: "My 'Favorite Treasures' are mostly places, things and people I encounter while living my everyday life in Greene County. Sometimes they are places that appeal to me but are not local; I'll likely never visit. them."
His latest exhibition will include many local landmarks and buildings, landscapes, floral, and a few still life pieces.
"I’m featuring many smaller, very affordable pieces.”
"I’m looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones March 6 at the opening reception, and during the exhibition the entire month of March.”
“I wish to thank the Greeneville Arts Council for their support of the visual arts in Greeneville and Greene County. In addition, I am grateful to Mr. Scott Niswonger, his staff, and the staff and management of the General Morgan Inn for the opportunity to exhibit in such a beautiful venue. We are indeed blessed to have this great facility to enjoy.”
David creates most of his works in his studio at his home in Greene County, where he resides with his wife Chris. Locals may see him sketching wherever he finds inspiration. In addition to having exhibited in Florida and Tennessee, David has sold to collectors throughout the United States.
