Content and interaction encouraged with usual social protocols to be observed. Being construction workers, a little "rough" is expected, but this is a family site too. The overwhelming majority of comments here are responsible. Cheap shots aren't tolerated. Responsible discussion is encouraged, but offensive comments will be dumped, and repeat offenders banned. Extensive commentary and/or time-consuming personal rants contrary to the best interests of the organization may run out of space, incur a time-out, or result in the writer being exiled indefinitely to the turbine bottom or grease pit.. Insulation begins to pay for itself the minute the first inch is installed. It pays faster, better and longer when properly and efficiently applied. Trained insulators have been installing a wide variety of thermal insulation to systems ranging from 200 degrees below zero to 2000+ degrees for more than a century.

The December Union Meeting & Christmas Party will be held at the Union Hall on Friday, December 11th, 2026. Dinner will follow a short meeting. Doors open at 5:30, food will be served from 6:30-7:30pm. All members and retirees are welcome to bring one guest.
