Youth 10x Better Readin' Better for the Cheddar

This is a program that pays 3rd graders to read and will be in three Schools in Harrisburg Pa. Ben F This program is for youth in the 3rd grade.

Children with low reading scores are to be paid for every book read and a report done $2.00 per book report will be paid to the student at the end of every month.
