East Hanover Lions held their annual picnic on June 30 at the EH township bldg. We honored Evelyn Crawford as the East Hanover elementary school trimester student for her service to her school. She was awarded a certificate, monetary award and Hershey bar. We also honored our scholarship winners: Grace Anspach Lower Dauphin and Kale Erdman, Northern Lebanon, they had received their awards at their award ceremony at their school. Best wishes to them as they continue their education in the fall semester. It was a fun night of fellowship and good food.

East Hanover Lions celebrated 75 years at our charter night at the Holiday Inn in Grantville on Tuesday, March 24! Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal and foot tapping entertainment by the Long Acre Hollow Bluegrass band!!Special awards were awarded: Lion of the year- Linda S, Pres. awards to Diane S.and Linda F and Chervon 25 years Award to Eileen L. Congratulations to all for their service and to the club for 75 years! Memorabilia was on display too!

They work with Four Diamonds with children with cancer. It was a great presentation on how Lions are helping children in need! Thanks to PDG Stambaugh for sharing!
