young men and women and stand together against violence.

🎨 Artists & Carvers: We're looking for volunteers to share their talents and help our youth carve and decorate pumpkins. This is more than just a pumpkin carving event!

L.E.A.D Exchange Network is looking for young men who are ready for more — more opportunities, more exposure, more mentorship, and more positive experiences.

Through L.E.A.D, our young men receive leadership development, tutoring, mentorship, workforce experience, career exposure, hands-on training, financial literacy, and opportunities to discover their strengths and purpose.

Our next orientation is Wednesday, September 23rd from 6–8 PM at 865 28th St. SE, Suite 800, Grand Rapids.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having Mr. Cory Mcliechey, owner of Top Notch Painting LLC, donate his time to paint our shipping container and teach the boys valuable lessons about painting, safety, and skilled trades. 🖌️🦺

We also want to give a special THANK YOU to Sherwin-Williams for donating the supplies!

We appreciate you both for investing your time, resources, and knowledge into our youth. It’s more than just painting—it’s about hands-on learning and building skills for the future!
