We have several events and projects going on at the Watson School in November!
The "Let's Sew" group is sewing most Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 2 pm through November.
We are NOT sewing Wednesday, November 25th.

Since we're reaching our goal of 400 dresses a bit early, we're moving up our planned delivery date to the Little Dresses for Africa organization in Metro Detroit from December 1st to the week of November 15th.
*If you're working on dresses at home, please return them by November 11th, if possible.*
OUR NEXT PROJECT - CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS
We're taking a break from sewing dresses to make 100 stockings for area non-profits. They are going to the SIREN/Eaton Shelter and Ingham county children in foster care via Kean's in Mason and the There's Always Room organization.
We are accepting donations of items appropriate for teenagers to fill some of the stockings for the SIREN/Eaton Shelter. If you'd like to contribute, please drop items off at the school before December 1st during our open house or "Let's Sew" times. Message us to make alternate arrangements.
Suggested Items:
Travel size items, such as skin care or other toiletries
Arts & crafts items, such as sketch pads and pencils
Makeup/nail polish
Snacks
Candy
Ramen noodles
Gift cards
Books
Magazines
OPEN HOUSE - Sunday, Nov 8th from 2pm - 6pm
The school will be open for the community to view old school photos, attendance books, memorabilia, and the 400 dresses we've sewn since June. Coffee and snacks will be available.
