Today we celebrate the beauty, resilience, and strength of Africa — not only its landscapes and wildlife, but most importantly its people and communities.

At SAFCP, we are incredibly proud of the partnerships we have built alongside local communities and the dedicated anti-poaching unit working tirelessly to protect both wildlife and livelihoods. Conservation is never a solo effort — it is built on trust, teamwork, and a shared vision for the future.

Together, we stand with the men and women on the front lines who work every day to safeguard natural resources, support their communities, and ensure that future generations inherit a thriving and protected environment.

🐔✨ Help Us Build a Chicken Coop for Lambo Primary School! ✨🐔

At SAFCP, we are always looking for sustainable ways to support our students and community — and now we have an exciting new goal: fundraising for a chicken coop at Lambo Primary School!

Why a chicken coop? 🥚🌱

A chicken coop will provide so much more than fresh eggs. It will create:

🐓 A sustainable food source – Fresh eggs can help supplement nutrition for students and support healthier growing bodies and minds.

🐓 Hands-on learning opportunities – Students can learn responsibility, animal care, and practical agricultural skills that can benefit them for years to come.

🐓 Community support and sustainability – The coop can become a long-term resource, helping reduce food costs and potentially creating opportunities for growth and self-sufficiency.

🐓 Life skills and empowerment – Caring for livestock teaches teamwork, problem-solving, and stewardship of resources.

This project is about more than chickens — it is about investing in education, nourishment, and sustainable community development. 💚

🌍 Year 2 of Project Musango is officially underway!
📅 July 8th – July 22nd

We’re heading back to Zimbabwe for another incredible two weeks of hands-on conservation and community work—and this year, we’re building on everything we started.

If you followed along last year, you already know the heart behind this project 💛
And this year? We’re doing it all again—and more.

Our team will be:
• Supporting local anti-poaching efforts through boots-on-the-ground assistance and resources
• Continuing work with Lambo Primary School—bringing supplies, support, and ongoing development projects BUILDING A CHICKEN COOP
• Expanding our community outreach to provide sustainable resources for families
• Assisting with conservation initiatives that directly impact wildlife and habitat protection

Project Musango is about connection—between people, wildlife, and the land. It’s about showing up, learning, and creating real, lasting impact alongside the communities who live there every day.

A day to recognize one of Africa’s most elusive and powerful predators—and a reminder of why their protection matters now more than ever.

Leopards are incredibly adaptable, able to survive in a wide range of environments. But even with that resilience, they face growing threats from habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict, and poaching.

At SAFCP, protecting ecosystems means protecting all species that call them home—including the quiet, unseen ones like the leopard. Through anti-poaching support, community outreach, and conservation efforts on the ground, your support helps create safer spaces for wildlife to thrive.

One of the ways SAFCP is making a direct impact is through our Tree Wrapping Project. By protecting trees from damage caused by wildlife and environmental pressures, we’re helping preserve vital habitats, prevent deforestation, and support the balance between people and nature.
