Looking for something to do this Veterans Day weekend? The Grand Ledge Archery Team will be hosting our first home tournament of the season at Hayes Intermediate School this Saturday November 9th with close to 300 Archers participating from 16 schools from around Michigan. Rounds starting on the hour from 8am until around 3pm with an awards ceremony at the end with individual top 5 and top 3 team awards from each division.
We will also have the honor of having our local heroes from the Grand Ledge VFW/ American Legion Post, honor guard to start the tournament off at 8am!!

Shot this bird at 12:20 in the afternoon. He gobbled perhaps 100 times in the hour and a half it took to get him within bow range. One of the best turkey hunts I’ve ever experienced.🏹
