Next Friday, May 22, is National Poppy Day! Although this flower is small, it is powerful! The poppy serves as a symbol of sacrifice to honor the fallen and support the living. 🇺🇸 Wear a red poppy on National Poppy Day to show appreciation and respect for all who have served and sacrificed in the U.S. Armed Forces.

This Saturday May 2nd, 10AM. The annual VFW "Day of Service". We will be beautifying the Hall County Veterans Memorial Park. Located next to the United Veterans Club at 1914 W Capital Avenue in Grand Island. Volunteers can bring w**d eaters and grass edgers, shovels, wheelbarrows.
