It is our desire to give them a place to come for fun, sports, work, study, and to learn to keep their lives in a way that is honorable to themselves, their family and their community. Listed below are activities and services provided by Christian Adventurers:
MISSION TEAM TRAINING AND SERVICE
Each year we form and train mission teams consisting of kids from our programs, and local churches to
go out and share the good news of the Gospel through testimony, praise and worship, sports, puppets, and drama . Over the last 11 years we have served in Florida, West Virginia, Texas, the coast of NC, as well as locally. MONDAY NIGHT BOYS CLUB
Every Monday night from 6:00-8:00 PM, a group of Jr. high and boys and girls meet at the Graham Middle School gymnasium. We hold open gym and have bible study each week
TUESDAY & THURSDAY PRAYER BREAKFAST
This small group time is used as a time of prayer, fellowship and discipleship, and of course a good breakfast. YOUTH BASKETBALL TEAMS
Every year we coach basketball teams. We normally have at least 2-4 teams (boys and girls) playing in one of the local youth leagues. Kids trust coaches. We use this time to help build relationships and earn their trust so we can share Christ with them. Most of the kids come from our Monday night club meeting. SUMMER BASKETBALL CAMPS
During the summer we offer a week of special basketball instruction to help develop the skills of young people in the game of basketball. This is a time where the young people are also challenged spiritually. SPRING AND FALL BIBLE RETREATS
Each year we take at least two retreats out of town away from distractions to draw closer to God and one another. These trips are used for evangelism and discipleship.
