💗 DO GOOD FOR DOLLY DAY — SEPTEMBER 25! 📚
Dolly Parton believed that every child deserves the chance to dream big—and that books can help those dreams take root. This September 25th, we’re honoring that beautiful legacy by doing what Dolly encouraged us all to do: do a little more good.

The Partnership for Children of Wayne County has set a goal to raise $9,250, representing the approximately 9,500 children ages 0–5 in Wayne County. Every dollar raised will go to our Book Fund, helping us continue putting books into the hands—and hearts—of young children in our community.

💕 Give $9.25, $92.50, $925, or any amount that is meaningful to you. Every gift matters, and every gift helps us continue building a community where children can learn, imagine, and dream.

📚 Do Good for Dolly and carry forward a legacy built on kindness, generosity, and a love of reading.

In case you missed it: The application for the Most Valuable Student scholarship is now open!

We will award 500 scholarships ranging from $4,000 to $30,000 over four years. No relation to the Elks is necessary to apply.
With this scholarship, students gain more than just financial aid—they gain an appreciation of service, a network of like-minded peers, and an for life.

Meet our sweet friend M. He is 4 years old and in need of a pediatric lift. We are raising $3,505 for this equipment that will make life so much easier for him and his family.
