The countdown is officially on for the Goldsboro Family YMCA’s 21st Annual Turkey Trot! Join us Thanksgiving morning, November 26, for a fun-filled 5K or family-friendly 1-Mile Fun Run.

Whether you plan to run, walk, bring the stroller, or dress up with your entire flock, we want to see you at the starting line.

🏊 Go Gold Sharks! 🦈💛

Our Gold Sharks Swim Team will host their first short course swim meet of the season this Saturday, October 24!

To support our swimmers and accommodate the meet, the Aquatics Center will be closed until 3:00 PM on Saturday.

While school was out on Monday, the fun was in full swing at the Goldsboro Family YMCA!

Our Full Day Camp was a success, giving campers a day filled with exciting activities, games, laughter, and opportunities to make new friends! We love providing families with a safe, welcoming environment where children can stay active, have fun, and keep learning and growing even when school isn't in session.

A special thank you to our amazing staff for making the day memorable, and to all the families who chose to let their kids spend the day with us!

Mount Olive Run Club shirt reveal Friday, October 23rd!

Come hangout Friday! Meet new people, enjoy freebies provided by The Firm NC, cookies from Grounded and Baked, and of course pickles!

A HUGE thank you to The Firm NC for going above and beyond to support our Run Club! Not only will they be providing food and drinks for our runners, but they also generously donated funds to help us purchase our official Mount Olive Run Club T-shirts!

Their generosity is helping us continue to grow our club, bring people together, and promote healthy, active lifestyles throughout our communities!

We're hitting the streets of Downtown Goldsboro, and we're excited to have The Firm NC hosting us for a great evening of running, fellowship, and fun!
