Employers: write job postings in plain language, focus on the essential tasks of the role, make your application accessible, and ask every candidate, “Is there anything you need to do your best in this interview?” Small steps like these open the door to qualified talent you might otherwise miss.

What exactly is NDEAM? National Disability Employment Awareness Month recognizes the contributions people with disabilities make to America's workforce and promotes greater awareness of disability employment issues. Inclusion should not be something we discuss only in October. It should happen 365 days a year.
