Are you looking for something unique to do with your child during our school spring break week? Join the 4-H Spring Break Virtual Art Day camp taught by 4 Art 2 Heart ❤️

The VIRTUAL Art Day Camp will run Monday, April 1st through Thursday, April 4th, 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM each day! Ages 5-18.

Each day campers will focus on a new style of Art while also learning about different festivals from around the world.

• Obon Festival (Japan)
• Noto Flower Festival (Italy)
• Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta (New Mexico)
• Tsechus Festival (Bhutan)

Club members collected & donated over 250 cans & 400 lbs of dog, cat & pig food plus treats, collars & toys to the Gloucester Animal Control shelter. Good job guys!

Virginia State Fair Livestock Show 2023

Tristan, Ryan, Dakota, Bradley, & Mason all attended.

Dakota brought 3 of her project hogs. She was 3rd with her barrow in Purebred Market Hog, 4th with her gilt in Purebred Market Hog, & 4th with her other gilt in Purebred Breeding Gilt.

Ryan brought 3 project hogs. He was 2nd in Purebred Market Hog, 3rd in Purebred Market Hog, & 5th in Purebred Breeding Gilt.

Bradley showed 2 of his project hogs. He got 4th in Purebred Market Hog & 4th in Purebred Breeding Gilt with his other gilt.

Tristan showed 2 project hogs. He received 3rd in Purebred Breeding Gilts and 5th in Purebred Market Hogs.

Dakota Dunlap & Contra Deseo de Fuelle placed well at the Southern Regionals 4-H Competition in Perry, GA. They placed 4th, 9th, & 10th in their classes. There was some deep competition. Some of her classes had over 25 kids competing. We are super proud of them! 🍀❤️🐴

President Dakota Dunlap represented Virginia at Southern Regionals 4-H Competition over the summer. She competed in Horse Bowl & Hippology knowledge competitions. She also showed her horse Contra Deseo de Fuelle.

Switching gears to Horse Bowl at Southern Regionals in Perry, GA… Good luck to our two HB Teams- members are: Carrie Miller, Sarah Willey, Kaylee Hill, Anna Boteler, Karley Sonifrank, Wren Brandel, Emma Baldwin, and Dakota Dunlap.
