Heartfelt Community invites caregivers and volunteers to learn a person-centered, non-pharmaceutical approach to care that uses skilled touch and compassionate presence to support those living with dementia or in later stages of life. The session explores the value of touch, the effects of touch deprivation, and practical techniques to ease common behaviors while promoting comfort, dignity, and connection.
