The Gig Harbor Tides Scholarship Foundation (GHTSF) is comprised of GHHS parents who volunteer their time and talents to raise college scholarship f

unds for graduating seniors. We need your support. The next senior classes are going to be our largest ever! Our yearly fundraising efforts include building partnerships and growing contributions with local businesses, community organizations, foundations, and individuals. We also:

• Sell Menchies frozen yogurt during lunches
• Sell TidesWear & apparel
• Host TideFest booth selling TidesWear and gift baskets


We are happy to help you create a new scholarship or donate any amount to a scholarship fund

Notebook Submission is NEXT WEEK- please make sure you sign up for a time to submit your notebooks.  You should have received an email with the link to sign up.  

SUBMISSION TIMES
Tuesday, January 20st, 4pm - 7pm, in the Library
Thursday, January 22rd, 7am - 3pm, in the Career Center

Each notebook will be reviewed by a volunteer to make sure it is complete. If it is missing a section it will not be accepted. You will be able to fix something if it is wrong, but don’t wait until the end of the day on Thursday for your time slot if you think something might be off. This will not allow you time for a fix. If you would like someone to look yours over in detail, sign up for Thursday and just casually drop by on Tuesday. A volunteer will be happy to assist you. We know you all can do this. We will NOT accept late notebooks. NO EXCEPTIONS.

REMINDER:
Look over the requirements and make sure you have everything on the list. Don’t forget to download and electronically fill out the Scholarship Criteria Checklist and then print out a copy to submit.

Don’t miss out — Scholarship Notebook Packets are only available through Friday, October 31st for $25!

If you’re planning to apply for scholarships, you must have this packet. It includes:
📁 Notebook folders
📄 Plastic sleeves
📝 Instructions for two identical submissions

📦 Pickup: Thursday, Nov. 6, at lunch or after school (2–6 PM in the Commons).
