Before attending tryouts, please read all eligibility requirements at the bottom of this page and review all Final Forms information.

❗ If you arrive at tryouts without an updated Final Forms account and a current sports physical uploaded, you will NOT be allowed to try out. This is not optional.

If you need help or have questions, please refer to the Parent Playbook link below.
