Women & Girls of Oswego County, please join OCO SheConnects for a Fun and Informative Summer Event!

Learn how to stay safe this summer during a presentation on tick and mosquito safety with Christopher Maddaloni from the Oswego County Department of Health. Participants will gain valuable tips on prevention, protection, and what to do if a tick bite occurs. As a bonus, everyone who attends will receive a free tick removal kit to take home.

Get Creative!

Following the educational session, participants will enjoy a planter painting activity where they can design and paint their own planter to take home. It's a great opportunity to relax, express your creativity, and leave with a personalized keepsake.

There are so many resources in our community. This is an opportunity to talk with some of us in person. Stop by. Grab some of the FREE coffee and pastries and stop by our table to learn about FREE cancer screenings! There are many other cool things to check out too! See more info in the comments. :)

I’m pleased to announce that I will be hosting a Rural Healthcare Fair on August 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fulton War Memorial Gymnasium, 609 W. Broadway, Fulton NY. This event aims to connect rural residents with various healthcare resources that they may not otherwise have access to.

Join us early for a free yoga class beginning at 9 a.m. We will have 39 vendors including therapy dogs courtesy of Paws for CNY, health insurance resources, Fidelis Care, ConextCare, Legal Aid Society, and more. Additionally, the Onondaga County Volunteer Firefighters Association will be providing fire safety trainings available to anyone in attendance. If you're a resident of Oswego County who requires transportation to the event, free transportation can be provided by Access Oswego County and can be reserved via the Ride Oswego County App or by calling 315-598-1514.
