The SPOT The SPOT is a safe place for youth ages 12-17 and young adults 18-21.

We offer positive youth development programming and a safe space to youth in Oswego County. Clubhouse aims to engage youth aged 12 - 21 to prevent and aid in substance abuse recovery. Clubhouse can provide young people with important resources from service learning to employment help, and life skills! Along with providing a safe place for youth to hangout and interact with their community and peers.

A new survey gathered voices from survivors, advocates, and community members to understand what finally made people say, “I’m done.” The answers show that the “last straw” is often a pattern, not one incident—escalating control, fear, humiliation, threats, or harm that makes staying feel more dangerous than leaving.

These insights aren’t just statistics—they help shape better resources, education, and support for anyone impacted by abuse.
