We are teaming up with SUNY Oswego to donate bikes to Medicaid-eligible riders in Oswego County! The bike giveaway will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, and bicycles will be available on a first come, first served basis.

To apply, simply scan the QR code to fill out the application form. If you need help or prefer a paper application, contact Lori at (315) 598-3980.

Today is the final day to request accommodations to attend the event. If you require any assistance, please reach out to SUNY Oswego’s Office of Sustainability by the end of the day.

NY Connects staff will be at Champlain Commons in Oswego on May 15th, 1pm - 2pm if you have questions on services in our community or need application assistance. The Oswego County NY Connects program provides Information and Assistance on available long-term services and supports options to the older population, individuals of all ages with disabilities, caregivers, and helping professionals.

OCO Family Care Program is a fantastic opportunity within OCO’s residential programs!

OCO’s Family Care program is a NYS OMH certified residential program for adults with a disability. Through its host homes, OCO’s Family Care program provides these individuals the opportunity to lead an active lifestyle and interact in their community. Due to the program’s success, OCO has openings for host homes in the Oswego, Fulton, Mexico, Phoenix, Hannibal, and Pulaski areas.
