Heads up GraceWorks Community,

GraceWorks will be closed on Wednesday, June 24 for our Team Member Appreciation Day. Our team works hard alongside our neighbors year-round, and we're taking a day to fill their cups and celebrate them.

We'll be back to regular hours and full service on Thursday, June 25.
Thank you for understanding! ☀️

That is not a typo 👀

When you donate $50 to GraceWorks, our incredible network of food partners and suppliers allows us to provide a neighbor with $450 worth of fresh, nourishing groceries.

Protein ✅

Dairy ✅

Fruits ✅

Vegetables ✅

Everything a family needs to stay fed and healthy all summer long.

That is a 10x return on every single dollar given.

This summer, thousands of children in Williamson County are losing access to their free school meals. And families who were already stretched thin are feeling it most.

Your $50 can change that 💙

Visit our website to learn more about how you can donate and be a part of our mission.

📍Date correction: Our original post included the wrong date. The correct date is Saturday, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 💙

Next Saturday, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟳𝘁𝗵 — our Mobile Food Pantry is on the move, bringing fresh groceries directly to neighbors who can’t always make it to us.

For families facing food insecurity this summer, transportation can be one more barrier standing between them and a full table.

So this weekend, we go to them instead.

If you know someone who could use a hand, share this with them. And if you want to be part of making this possible, your support keeps these carts full all summer long 💙

See you soon Fairview Friends! 🥦🥕🚚

What does it really mean to be rich?

For one mom, it meant a full cart and a fuller heart.

This is the kind of story your support makes possible every single day 💙

Every single day, something beautiful happens at GraceWorks…

Volunteers show up before the doors open.
Shelves get stocked with care.
Furniture finds its next home.
Grocery carts get filled with fresh, nourishing food.

And neighbors walk out feeling seen, supported and loved 💙

None of it happens by accident.
None of it happens without you.

This community is something truly special.
And on days when the work feels big and the need feels heavy, we look around at the people pouring into this mission and we are reminded…

We are not doing this alone.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for giving.
Thank you for being the kind of neighbor this community deserves ✨

Meet Elizabeth, one of our beloved volunteers.

For the past year, she’s been showing up to our food pantry with something extra... 7 to 8 handmade lap blankets, crafted with her own hands and given away with her whole heart.

Our neighbors don’t just leave with groceries. They leave with something soft, warm, and made just for them.

Elizabeth, thank you for the love you stitch into every single one. 🧶

We get to witness a lot of beautiful moments at GraceWorks.

But some stories stop us in our tracks and remind us exactly why we show up every single day.

A neighbor in our community took custody of her goddaughter, a little girl who was underweight, insecure and desperately in need of consistent, nourishing food.

She found her way to our Food Pantry. And over the next three months, something extraordinary happened.

That little girl gained two dress sizes.
She passed first grade.
And she started showing every sign of a child who finally had enough 💙

Her guardian told us it was because of GraceWorks that her goddaughter was able to eat well and gain the much needed weight she so desperately needed.

This is what food makes possible. Not just a full stomach, but a future.

A childhood.

A chance.

And this summer, thousands of children just like her are counting on this community to show up.

Share this post and help us spread the word. The more people know, the more we can do together 💙

It doesn’t make the headlines.
And it doesn’t look the way we expect it to look…

But right here in Williamson County, one of the wealthiest counties in Tennessee, thousands of our neighbors are facing hunger, housing insecurity and impossible choices every single day.

Single parents navigating life on one income.
Families blindsided by job loss.
Grandparents who stepped up to raise their grandchildren and the rising grocery bill that came with it.
Neighbors who make just enough to get by but not enough to get ahead.

And this summer, when school lets out and free meals disappear? The need gets even harder to ignore.

But here is what we also know…

This community has never looked away from a need. And it is not about to start now.

Every volunteer who shows up.
Every donation dropped off.
Every dollar given to our Food Pantry.
It all adds up to something extraordinary happening right here in Williamson County.

The need is real.

But so is the grace that meets it 💙

It doesn’t announce itself…

It doesn’t look like what we see on television or what we imagine when we hear the word hunger. In Williamson County, one of the wealthiest counties in Tennessee, it looks like the family next door. The single parent working two jobs. The grandparent who just took in their grandchildren. The neighbor who makes just enough to get by but not enough to get ahead.

And this summer? It looks like a child whose free school lunch just disappeared for three months.

Food insecurity is rising right here in our own backyard.

In 2023 alone, the percentage of food insecure residents in Williamson County nearly doubled. And all signs point to it getting worse.

But here is what else it looks like 💙

It looks like a community that refuses to look away. Volunteers who show up week after week to stock shelves and pack carts. Neighbors serving neighbors with dignity, grace and zero judgment.

That is what GraceWorks is here for. And this summer, we need your help more than ever.

Share this post and help us spread the word. The more our community knows, the more we can do together 💙
