We’re continuing our orthopedic surgery week alongside the incredible team from Colorado. Every story, every step forward, and every smile reminds us why this mission matters so much.

💜 A new week, a new opportunity to bring healing and hope.

The Shalom Foundation is excited to begin our 198th surgical mission at Centro MOORE , alongside an incredible medical team from Colorado. Today, our team began evaluating children and teens in need of orthopedic surgery. Tomorrow, surgeries begin!

We’re ready to take on the challenges ahead, work together, and help transform lives through compassionate care. Every mission is a reminder of what can happen when people come together to serve others.

Together, we continue sharing Faith, healing and hope with children and families in Guatemala. 💜

77 surgeries. Countless reasons to hope. 😊

We’re grateful to the incredible team at McLane Children’s for making this surgical journey possible. Together, 77 free surgeries were performed in plastic surgery, ENT, and ophthalmology, bringing faith, healing and hope to children and teens in Guatemala.

To every family who trusts Centro MOORE with their child’s care, thank you. Your trust means so much and inspires us to keep moving forward.

October is here, and we’re starting the month with another week of free pediatric surgeries in Guatemala. 💜

The rain hasn’t stopped us! We’re excited to welcome the incredible team from Baylor Scott & White McLane Children's Medical Center for our 197th medical mission at Centro MOORE

This week, children and teens ages 0–17 will receive free surgeries in Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, and Plastic Surgery.

We’re grateful for every medical team that joins us in caring for children and helping bring Faith, Healing and Hope to more families. 😁

💜 A new week of surgeries is underway in Guatemala!

We’re excited to welcome the incredible Operation KidDocs team to Centro MOORE for medical mission #196. Together with our medical team, they’ll be providing free pediatric surgeries in general surgery, urology, and otolaryngology throughout the week.

Behind every procedure is a child and a family hoping for better health. We’re grateful to be part of the work that makes these surgeries possible and to see the difference that can be made when we come together to serve.

💜 Meet Mía, a Centro MOORE Volunteer

Mía is part of our volunteer team and has joined us during several medical missions, supporting us as an interpreter for the medical teams who come from the United States.

Her role has been incredibly important in helping facilitate communication between our doctors and patients.

Mía shares her experience as a Centro Moore volunteer and what it has meant to her to serve through volunteering.
