A LINEMAN’S JOB IS MORE THAN BLOCKING — IT’S PROTECTING HIS QB!

Everyone sees the quarterback throw the touchdown, but the offensive line is the reason he has the time and opportunity to make the play.

A great lineman doesn’t just block the guy in front of him. He protects his quarterback like his job depends on it. He fights through the whistle, holds his ground, sacrifices the spotlight, and puts his teammate’s success before his own.

A quarterback can’t make the play if his linemen don’t give him the time to make it.

It takes strength, discipline, toughness, teamwork, and HEART to play in the trenches. Linemen may not always get the glory, but they know their value — and so does their QB!

Big men. Bigger hearts. Selfless teammates.

PAL FOOTBALL IS LOOKING FOR COACHES!

We are actively looking for dedicated, knowledgeable football coaches for our Spring and Fall Football teams! If you have a passion for football and a desire to help young athletes grow, we want to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

Football Knowledge: You must have a solid understanding of the game and be willing to teach the fundamentals.

Commitment to Kids: You must be able to coach and work with athletes in grades 3rd–7th. These kids are here because they WANT to learn, improve, compete, and become better football players. They deserve coaches who take their development seriously!

Team First Mentality: Leave your ego at the door! This is about developing young athletes, building confidence, teaching discipline, and creating a team-first culture.

Accountability: You must be willing to pass a background check and serve as a positive role model for our players.

Focus on Development: Winning is a goal, but it starts with good coaching, preparation, discipline, and commitment from the entire team. When you teach the game the right way and invest in your players, success will follow!

We need coaches who are willing to put in the work, teach the game, hold players accountable, and help build something special for youth football in our community.

If you’re serious about coaching, developing players, and making a difference, PAL wants YOU!

Interested in coaching? Send us a message to learn more!
