Spirit of the Gulf is proud and honored to represent Coastal Harmony Region 9 in the SingUnited International chorus competition in Columbus this week! As convention week kicks off today, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank our friends and families, and all of Region 9 for their love and support throughout the year.

It takes a village to get a chorus to the international stage, and we would not be here without our extraordinary co-directors, Deanna Kastler and Gina Baker, our wonderful team leader, Lisa Smith, the many committee chairs that organized and planned all the details, and our members who not only showed up, but stepped up each and every week at rehearsals.

Safe travels to all competitors and audience members as we set sail for a fun and fabulous week of education, singing, and friendship in Columbus!

Spirit's Terrific Ten Rehearsal Room Set-Up Crew! This happy crew arrived in Columbus on Saturday in order to get our rehearsal space all set-up and ready to go on Sunday morning. It takes a village to get a chorus of our size to an international contest, and these folks are just one part of that village. Thank you Jamie and Joanie, Bill and Lisa, Jeff and Gina, Bill and Debbie and Ruth and Melissa for being the early birds in Columbus!
