❤️❤️❤️

For the third straight year, our community partner, Alane Adams and her team at The Imagine Initiative, have made a significant donation of goods to support hands-on learning in Mr. & Mrs. Tocci’s Pride Academy Life Skills classes. We are so grateful for their generosity and continued partnership!

I’m super proud of the quick work Micahlah and CityFirst Church are doing alongside Ms. Osterholm at Caloosa Elementary! Together they put together a Caloosa Community night for parents to learn about volunteer opportunities at the school and to begin the process of forming a PTO! Great job Caloosa and CityFirst! Partnership is where it’s at!

We are excited to officially welcome Heather Evans as the new Executive Director of The Imagine Initiative. Heather brings decades of experience in both education and ministry, along with deep passion for building meaningful partnerships between churches and schools.

Heather previously taught in The School District of Lee County and has served on staff at Grace Church for more than 20 years as both Kids Director and Missions Director.

For the past three years, Heather has led the partnership between Grace Church and Allen Park Elementary School, helping launch a mentorship program and creating a monthly family dinner at the school to strengthen relationships with students and families.

But this is not Heather’s first experience partnering churches and schools. Years ago, while teaching at Tropic Isles Elementary, she connected church members with students in her classroom through a mentoring initiative - long before church-school partnerships became the heart of The Imagine Initiative’s mission.

Heather’s heart for students, families, schools, and the local church makes her a natural fit to lead Imagine into its next season. We are excited to see how she will continue to grow and strengthen this movement throughout Lee County and beyond.

Please join us in welcoming Heather Evans to her new role!
