How SWEET is this? Christine and her daughter dropped by from Troop 582 of the Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, Inc. to shower our girls with 140 boxes of Girl Scout cookies! Needless to say, we had some happy faces when they went home with cookies in hand.

This is what girls supporting girls looks like. As a student at Florida SouthWestern Collegiate High School, Maria Isabella Uncu chose Pace Lee for her high school community service project. With the help of her Key Club, local Kiwanis International club plus family and friends, she restocked our resource center with hygiene products that will last for quite a while. Thank you, Isa, for thinking of our girls!!

Our Pace girls recently enjoyed a special bowling field trip as a reward for their perfect attendance. Their commitment to showing up, staying engaged, and making education a priority is something worth recognizing.

At Pace, we know that attendance is about more than being present. It's about building consistency and responsibility for the future. We are so proud of these girls for their dedication and the positive choices they make every day.

Congratulations to our perfect attendance achievers! We hope you had a fantastic time making memories together and celebrating your success.

For our quarterly volunteerism project in Spirited Girls, students worked together to make no-sew fleece blankets to donate to Valerie's House. Despite the challenges the girls faced while learning something new, they came together to help each other and share what they were learning about how to make the blankets more beautiful.

LuLu wrote, "By creating these blankets that provide comfort and warmth, I was able to invest in the future by helping individuals feel safe and cared for during difficult times. This project also showed the importance of creating partnership because everyone worked together to make donations that could positively impact others in the community. The experience taught me to act with integrity and positive intent by putting time and effort into something that would bring comfort to people I may never meet. I learned that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference."

And that's one small example of how Pace is changing the world!

A few clouds couldn't dampen our spirits as the Pace Lee staff enjoyed a day on the water with Adventures in Paradise Cruises & Crew before the summer semester started. Thanks to Captain Art and crew for making sure the trip refreshed our team so we could hit the ground running when the girls returned.
