We're partnering with Corteva Agriscience for a community Food Drive on Saturday, June 20. Bring a non-perishable food item or household donation to the ballpark and you'll be entered for a chance to win a 2026 team-autographed baseball! ⚾

All donations will stay local and support organizations throughout our region, including the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, Midland County Food Assistance Network, Hidden Harvest, and more.

**Gladwin County**

CMDHD and Food Bank of Eastern Michigan are hosting a free food distribution on Wednesday, June 17 at CMDHD's office (103 N. Bowery, Gladwin).

Cars may begin lining up at 9:30am for the 10:00am distribution. Please bring a box or laundry basket for food to be placed in.

All community members welcome, regardless of income. Food distribution is first come, first served and ends when the food is completely distributed. Both hosting institutions are equal opportunity providers.

Free lunches for kids are returning to Genesee County parks this summer. 🍎☀️ No registration is needed and the program is open to anyone 18 and under.

We have even more photos to share from our DTE Energy sponsored distributions!

On April 22nd, a truck carrying 21,502 pounds of food was sent to Harbor Impact Ministries. The wonderful team at Harbor Impact distributed this food to our neighbors in need, serving 280 families in total!

Later, on May 30th, North Branch Wesleyan also received 9,479 pounds of food on a truck that allowed them to serve 118 households.

Together, these events helped ensure that hundreds of our neighbors had access to nutritious food when they needed it most. Thank you, DTE Foundation, for helping us fight hunger and serve our neighbors across eastern Michigan. Your support is creating a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
