Experience the compassion when surrounded by unselfish caring people packing food to ensure kids don’t go hungry on weekends. For those who can't join us please consider making a monetary donation. A big Thank You to everyone that came out to Blessings in a Backpack/Karing 4 Kidz 1000 bag packing event tonight at Reingold Elementary School. We had over 50 volunteers that helped pack 1000 bags of food with 10 items in each bag for the kids in The Fitchburg Public Elementary Schools. We packed enough bags for 5 weeks!
It was truly amazing 🩷

Who will feed the kids this weekend?

Thanks to a local company 1,000 food packages packed and delivered to Karing 4 Kidz as our need is greater than ever.

1 out of 5 Children in Fitchburg Schools struggle with food insecurity.
Our mission is to provide weekend nutrition for children in our community, your support plays a critical role in addressing food insecurity and making a difference in the lives of our local children.
Our program to date provides food to approximately 200 students every week and extends beyond the elementary school level, reaching out to Hosmer Head Start and high school students food pantry.
