The Brittany Fund for Trauma and Recovery The Brittany Fund seeks to support survivors of traumatic events and help them focus on their recovery.

The Brittany Fund for Trauma and Recovery was created by Brittany Loring, a survivor of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings. While recovering from her injuries, Brittany decided she would find a way to pay forward all of the kindness shown to her. BFTR seeks to alleviate some of the financial burden of having been affected by a traumatic injury so that trauma survivors can focus on their physical and emotional recovery. BFTR is a registered 501(c)(3) under the Community Foundation of North Central MA.
