🎨 Creativity was on full display at the Creative Minds Artist Exhibition, showcasing the talents of young artists at the Adrian L. Ford Center for Change, MOC Innovation Center in Fitchburg!

Made possible through a partnership between Innovation Learning Center and
Making Opportunity Count and funded through a DESE grant, this program gave local youth the opportunity to express themselves, build confidence, and shine through art.

We had a great time visiting High Ridge Harmony Farm: Animal Assisted Healing and Wellness, one of our DESE After School and Out-of-School Time grant recipients. 🐴💚

Through meaningful connections with horses, the farm creates space for healing, mindfulness, confidence-building, and community. We left feeling grounded, uplifted, and inspired by the positive energy and impact of their work.

North Star Family Services, Inc. is seeking volunteers to spend time with children during their parent trainings on Tuesday evenings from 6:30–7:30pm.

While parents participate in skill-building and stress relief workshops, volunteers help create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for the children. A staff member will always be present alongside volunteers.

🎉 Big News!

United Way of North Central Massachusetts is honored to receive a $250,000 grant from the Greater Worcester Community Foundation to support the exploration and implementation of a North County Regional Food Transportation System for local food pantries.

This investment will help strengthen food distribution across North Central Massachusetts and improve access to nutritious food for individuals and families throughout our region.

What an incredible evening at the Youth Venture Spring Showcase! 🌟

We were proud to celebrate youth-led innovation, leadership, and community impact across North Central Massachusetts.

Congratulations to our two scholarship award recipients!

🏆 Emma Perrault of Leominster High School, recipient of the Bob Chauvin Leadership Award, for her work with The Holiday Spreaders, bringing joy to Alzheimer's patients at Leominster Crossings.

🏆 Iyanna Louis of Fitchburg High School, recipient of the Phil Grzewinski Innovation Award, for her leadership with the Curly Hair Club, a supportive community that promotes education, confidence, and self-acceptance for individuals with textured hair.

Thank you to all of our Youth Venture teams, supporters, and community partners for helping us celebrate the next generation of changemakers! 💙
