Every Friday in September, F.A.T.S. will create space for reflection, expression, creativity, and growth. Come as you are—and leave with something new to think about, create, or explore.

SEPTEMBER 11 — DISCOVERING ME
Who are you becoming?
Create a vision board of the improved YOU and explore:
What goals do you want to accomplish?
How do you want to show up in spaces and rooms?
What kind of relationships do you envision?
What hobbies and interests do you want to explore?
What does your next chapter look like?

SEPTEMBER 18 — POETRY & EXPRESSIVE WRITING
Sometimes the best way to understand ourselves is to put it into words.
Suggested prompts include:
“To the Old Me, The Now Me & The New Me”
A poem written by YOU and for YOU.
“My Flaws & My Fears”
A poem exploring the things that may be holding you back.
No poetry experience necessary. Just bring your thoughts, your feelings, and your voice. 🎤
SEPTEMBER 25 — IMPROV NIGHT
Let’s explore character, identity, emotions, and self-expression through acting!
