We believe that when people are encouraged, empowered and ensured that their lives have meaning and purpose, they will make wiser choices that move them toward fulfillment of that meaning and purpose. Our strategies help individuals

-Function as effective leaders, mentors and societal change agents
-Understand and operate in their spiritual gifts and talents, and purpose
-Build and maintain emotional stamina and spiritual fortitude
-Understand and apply Biblical and other leadership principles to correctly apply them to life decisions
-Mature into leaders of leaders; those who can both lead and follow God effectively, to bring spiritual assignments to fruition
-Mature in their love of others

Long Post but I felt led to say this....
As goofy as it sounds, words can and do hurt others. With all of the national and international 'crap' going on that is turning the world on spin cycle, can we try to be intentional about caring? About sharing. About loving each other? About being kind. About our words and actions.

People are hurting....emotionally, financially and spiritually so now is not a great time to fire shots at each other literally or figuratively...countries are already doing that.

While we may not have much influence to shift or upgrade the current national and international dialogue and negative atmosphere.....we can decide to be kind in this space. We can choose dignity and kindness when responding to differences in opinion. We can choose to support and care about each other in the midst of international chaos and deception. And we can choose loving disagreements over mean and hateful dialogues.

Let's choose mutual respect...just because we can. Let's choose elevated and impactful dialogue over separatist, demeaning chatter. Let's choose kindness over hate mongering. This country, this world belongs to us collectively and there is greater power in what we say and do to each other, than in what others say and do toward us.

It has never been in vogue to be nasty, bitter and self serving and it still isn't.
