We were excited to have Melissa Cole join us at the Rent last Tuesday for the first 2026 CCAP TNC and junior clinic. Spotlighting some of our West Hartford kids and families for her We-Ha.com article about FVYC, we think she did a fantastic job capturing the essence of what riding with a CCAP team is all about. And we're proud that young Valerie safely raced her way to a spot on the Nutmeg State Games 9-12 girls podium on Sunday!

A spectacular day for the CCAP and FVYC juniors at the Nutmeg State Games. Big thanks to Laura Kibelsbeck Summers for promoting the race, to our USA Cycling officials, and to all the folks who volunteered as course marshals!

The FVYC MTB squad rode strong today in the Team Red Dragon race. Thanks to the Berlin High School Ridin' Red Coats and the CCAP crew for hosting this race every year. Great venue!

Celebrate Bike Month by joining us on the Simsbury Board of Selectmen Ride!

Meet us at Simsbury Town Hall on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 5:30 PM for a one-hour ride to Lake Basile and back on The East Coast Greenway. It’s a 5-mile round-trip ride and all levels, ages, and bikes are welcome!

Please bring your own bike and helmet. There will be free ice cream after the ride!
