Another HOT week is ahead in NWA, but we’d love to make your Saturday a little better.

Join us this Saturday at 4:30 PM at our Airstream, Tabitha, for a FREE meal featuring all the fried deliciousness:

No registration. No cost. Just a hot meal, a welcoming community, and a place at the table for everyone.

Loving-kindness is one of the simplest and most profound practices we can offer ourselves and the world.

These ancient blessings are not wishes we send because life is already perfect. We offer them because every heart longs for safety, love, healing, and peace—including our own.

Take a quiet moment today and let these words settle gently into your heart. Then, if it feels natural, offer them to someone you love, someone who is struggling, someone who is difficult, and finally to all beings everywhere.

May we remember that every act of kindness, no matter how small, helps awaken the world.

Everyone was so grateful to enjoy a delicious hot meal for dinner at the 7hills Homeless Center. Chele earned a blue ribbon for her delicious corn and black bean salad, which was a wonderful addition to the chicken, mashed potatoes, and rolls! We also had apple fritters for dessert.

We provided socks, coloring books, colored pencils, snacks, and reusable water bottles for people to choose from. It was a meaningful evening of sharing, serving, and supporting our community. ❤️ Go Spread Kindness!!!

Today's outreach was successful despite the heat and humidity. One individual was overheated and not feeling well.
We were able to distribute cold water, snacks, clothing, refillable water bottles, coloring books, underwear, hygiene supplies, and socks. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring the dog treats this time.

It was a beautiful day at Walker Park to set up tables full of clothes, snacks, hygiene products, socks, and miscellaneous items. We had a huge crowd today. We were wiped out of stuff within 20 minutes. I like how the homeless share with their friends if they are not able to make it out. Thanks again to everyone who has donated to the cause. Go spread kindness.

We served lunch on Sunday at the 7hills Homeless Immediate Shelter. We love talking with people about what’s happening in their world and serving them a delicious meal with desserts. New socks, coloring books, colored pencils, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were available to those who wanted them. Go spread kindness 💖
