Our annual Strides Against Su***de event in Farmington includes a community candlelight vigil the night before, on June 12th. The memorial gathering honors loved ones lost to su***de and supports survivors, closing with a butterfly release.

It's been brought to our attention that a flyer from Pinky Promotions is circulating, and (I think) it's meant to say 'their event' is canceled because they were supposed to partner with Desert View this year; however, the flyer looks like it says STRIDES is canceled. PLEASE KNOW, STRIDES IS NOT CANCELED! Pinky's Promotions is a separate entity from Desert View Family Services & Counseling and is separate from our Strides Against Su***de Project. Thank you!
