May 2026 Real Estate Report 🏡 📊
According to the San Juan County Board of Realtors, year-over-year active residential listings were 122 in May compared with 117 for the same month in 2025. Reflecting the limited inventory, the average listing is on the market for just 42 days.

Inventory levels remain extremely low relative to demand and relatively high mortgage interest rates are playing a contributing factor.

Available and affordable housing is a challenge to San Juan County economic development and 4CED is working with partners on solutions.
