Judi Davis
Judi Davis is the founding Director of PRC Medical, established in July 1985. For 30 years, Judi served as the ministry’s Executive Director, providing dedicated leadership and helping shape PRC Medical into the organization it is today.

Johnnie Mote has been with PRC Medical since 2013. She began her journey as a volunteer and was hired shortly thereafter as a staff receptionist.
In 2015, Johnnie transitioned to the Development Department, where she helped plan and execute PRC Medical’s primary fundraising events, including the Spring Banquet, Baby Bottle Fundraiser, and Walk for Life.
From there, Johnnie moved into the role of Office Assistant, gaining valuable experience and insight into the many different areas of PRC Medical. That experience eventually led her to her current position as Operations Manager

Ramona Goolsby is the Republican nominee for New Mexico Secretary of State in the 2026 election. She is currently on the Board of Supervisors for Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District. She is a Veteran, Nurse and a small business owner.

She retired from nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 33 years in nursing and 20 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings decades of proven leadership, precision, and accountability to public service.
Moving here from Oklahoma in 2019, Ramona continued working as a Primary Care Provider for the Veterans Administration throughout the pandemic. Her diverse career includes service as a U.S. Army Reserve Officer, staff accountant for a CPA firm, small business owner for over 40
years, and manager of a 380-acre ranch where she practiced soil and water conservation for four decades, earning her Master Cattleman certification from Oklahoma State University.

Deeply committed to election integrity and government transparency, Ramona drafted all six referendum bills in New Mexico in 2023 and was a sponsor of three of them. She has been doing research on election issues in New Mexico since 2021. She has filed legal actions and ethics
complaints to strengthen election processes and public transparency. She has been the AMAC Action CD1 delegate for New Mexico. She was elected to the Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors in November 2025.

Ramona’s campaign is grounded in three core principles: Access for every eligible voter, Responsibility in the management of public resources, and Trust through clear rules and accountable leadership. She is dedicated to serving all New Mexicans with integrity, transparency, and unwavering commitment to constitutional principles.
