For approximately seven years, Soli has been an essential part of the LYNC team, bringing warmth, organization, and a welcoming spirit to everything she does. As Office Manager, she wears many hats, ensuring the countless details that keep the program running smoothly are always taken care of.

From supporting staff and clients to coordinating events and tackling challenges before they arise, Soli is someone her team can always count on. Her kindness, sense of humor, and dedication help create an environment where everyone feels valued, connected, and supported.

Since joining NAFI in June 2025, Anna has made an incredible impact through her drive, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement. From supporting our Billing and Accounts Payable teams to improving systems and processes across the organization, Anna consistently goes above and beyond to make things run more smoothly for everyone.

Yesterday, members of the NAFI Connecticut and NAFI Rhode Island team had the opportunity to attend The Alliance's 2026 Annual Nonprofit Conference in Hartford!

It was a great day of learning, networking, and connecting with fellow nonprofit professionals from across the state. Through engaging workshops and meaningful conversations, we explored new ideas and strategies around leadership, workplace culture, staff engagement, and strengthening the impact of our work.

We're grateful for opportunities like these to step outside of our day-to-day responsibilities, gain fresh perspectives, and connect with others who share our commitment to making a difference in the communities we serve.

Thank you to CT Community Nonprofit Alliance for bringing Connecticut's nonprofit community together for an inspiring day!

💜 Walking Together for Hope, Awareness, and Change 💜

Several of our employees recently participated in the Jennifer Farber Dulos Memorial Walk to End Domestic Violence, hosted by Interval House.

This inspiring event brought community members together to raise awareness about domestic violence, honor those whose lives have been impacted, and share a message of hope and support for survivors.

It was a meaningful opportunity for our team to connect with others in the community, stand together for an important cause, and be part of a morning filled with compassion, unity, and hope.

We are proud of our employees for showing their support and representing our organization at such a powerful community event! 💜

🎡🍁 Fall Fun at The Big E! 🎠🍂

Some of the individuals we support recently enjoyed a fun-filled day at The Big E! From taking in the sights and foods to enjoying all the excitement of the fall fair festivities, it was a wonderful opportunity to get out, explore, and make some great memories!

A big thank you to our program staff and leadership for all their hard work in planning and coordinating this special outing. Your dedication to creating meaningful experiences for the individuals we support is truly appreciated!

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at Touchstone! 🎉

Our Touchstone Program recently came together for a wonderful celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month!

The festivities included delicious traditional foods, engaging staff presentations highlighting different countries and cultures, and even some music and singing! 🎶🌮

It was a great opportunity to learn from one another, share traditions, and celebrate the rich history, cultures, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

A special thank you to our dedicated staff who helped make this celebration both meaningful and fun!

🎉 Celebrating Our Incredible Team! 🎳

We recently brought our NAFI CT team together for a day of fun, connection, and appreciation!

Our annual Staff Appreciation Event was filled with great food, raffles, bowling, and plenty of laughs. It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from our daily routines, spend time together, and celebrate the incredible work our staff do throughout the year.

A special thank you to the team members who weren't able to join us because they were providing care and coverage at our programs. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we appreciate all that you do!

We also had the opportunity to present our annual staff awards, recognizing some of the amazing individuals who make a difference across our organization. Stay tuned for more on our award recipients!
