P's & Q's Etiquette LLC is an organization created to empower and encourage our youth to be successful and reach their greatest potential.

P's & Q's Etiquette focuses on leadership and empowerment and is a safe haven for our youth where they can attend during school hours,after school hours, and during the summer breaks. We offer a variety of training, lessons & activities, hands on workshops, facilitated discussions, and healthy snacks. In our Leaderlicious program, students meet weekly. At the end of each program they will celebrate with a special event where they demonstrate the skills that they have learned.

It’s Motivational Monday and we are celebrating an AMAZING ROLE MODEL for our youth! We love you and will miss you Ms. Kim, and can’t wait for you to be back next summer!

Meet Kim, an assistant who works under Ms. Rachel. Kim enjoys working with youth because they bring out a curious and playful side of her. They remind her to stay curious, appreciate the little things, and keep learning. She feels that working with youth has taught her just as much as she has hoped to teach them. As her time in service comes to an end, Kim is grateful for the experiences and connections she has made along the way. Outside of service, she enjoys music, learning about the deeper things in life, and becoming more intentional about who she is. She is continuing to learn more about who God created her to be and what that looks like in her everyday life

Happy Juneteenth🎉! Oh what fun we had doing a mini role modeling show at the Juneteenth celebration at MSUM. Our girls were rocking beautiful outfits from Devine Fashionitas. So Thankful that we were able to get through our presentation, celebrate culture, and make some great memories before the storm hit us🤗🤗🤗
