For James O’Toole, coaching is about keeping the game fun while helping every young athlete become a better player and teammate.

Now in his fourth season coaching with Fargo Area Sports, James brings a lifelong love of the game and a coaching philosophy built around encouragement, adaptability, and leading by example.

His goal is simple: help kids grow, have fun, and leave the season loving the game even more than when they started.
