Together, the 12U Fargo Ram Jack coaches focused on building relationships, confidence, and resilience while making sure every player felt valued and supported.

Joshua Smith had a pretty simple plan for staying busy this summer: coach not one, but two softball teams.

Between the 14U DRI and 16/18U Fargo Scheels teams, Joshua spent plenty of time at the ballpark — and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Through 11 years of coaching, his focus has remained the same: get to know the person wearing the uniform, help them grow, and make sure they know their contributions matter.
