Community:
I want to better understand the wonderful community I live in. While I may not be able to make a huge impact on my own, I believe it’s important to learn about local needs and contribute where I can. Being part of Rotary at Night allows me to give back in meaningful ways.
Service:
I began my career in nursing because I wanted to help people. Many years later, working in the nonprofit sector and joining Rotary at Night continues to bring me joy and truly fills my cup.
Networking:
Being surrounded by like‑minded individuals keeps me motivated and helps me build long‑term, genuine relationships. The Rotary at Night club feels like family!
Knowledge:
As a lifelong learner, I appreciate the opportunity to hear from community speakers and participate in projects that help me understanding and strengthen my connection to my neighbors.
Love:
The word philanthropy means “the love of humankind.” Mother Teresa described true philanthropy as an expression of selfless love and genuine human connection rather than simply giving financial support. Her words, “Charity isn’t about pity; it is about love,” resonate deeply with me.
