New this year: Writing Into Yourself, a quarterly journaling series
There’s a part of you that doesn’t speak in conversations or rise to the surface in ordinary thought. It knows things before you’ve figured them out—holds feelings you haven’t named yet, carries answers to questions you’ve been circling. Most of the time, daily life keeps you too busy to hear it.
Writing Into Yourself, a new quarterly journaling series, is designed around something that’s always available: the season outside your window. Each two-hour gathering—which you can join in person or online—opens with a grounding practice and moves into writing prompts that meet you wherever you are. You'll write alongside a small community of fellow writers, share as much or as little as you like, and leave with new nuggets of knowledge and insights.
Four sessions. One for each turning of the year.
-Sunday, August 9, 3-5 pm–Late summer: what's ripening
-Sunday, November 8, 3-5 pm–Fall: what's letting go
-Sunday, February 14, 3-5 pm–Midwinter: what your heart is asking for
-Sunday, May 2, 3-5 pm–Spring: what's ready to become
Led by Wordcrafters' Jeaux Bartlett, who has been keeping a journal since they were nearly twelve and is currently on number thirty-three.
