More people are turning to Positive Community Kitchen for support — just as food and operating costs continue to climb. Without increased community support, meeting the growing need becomes more difficult every day. This May, we urgently need 20 new sustaining donors to help continue our mission and keep meals flowing to our neighbors who need them most.

We are blown away by all of the support we received in 2025. We are so thankful for those who showed up, took the time, and made a difference in our community. In 2026, the need for support only continues to grow. That's why in the month of May we are hoping to add 20 more sustaining donors to our Positivity Club!

As a thank you, for every donation of at least $20 a month or more, you will receive the Nourishing Community cookbook. This cookbook goes beyond recipes - teaching you nutritional basics, helping you build a weekly meal plan, and showing you how to make healthier choices.

There is no time like the present to help nourish members of your community. Donate today! https://positivecommunitykitchen.org/online-donations/

When you or a loved one is facing a health crisis, one of the last things you want to do is plan what to eat and cook meals... Positive Community Kitchen is here to bridge some of that gap. We provide nutritionally tailored meals for the whole family so you can focus on what matters most.

One Positive Community Kitchen family wrote: "On behalf of my father, I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for all those weeks of wonderful, delicious home cooked meals. Your group is really awesome."

Every week our team of kitchen staff and volunteers prepare each meal with love. But we wouldn't be able to do what we do without your help. Positive Community Kitchen is hoping to add 20 new members to our Positivity Club in the month of May! As an extra thank you, sustaining donations over $20 a month will receive a Nourishing Community cookbook! This from our Ceres Community Project and features classic Positive Community Kitchen recipes like, Heartbeet cakes and Mulligatawny Soup

Started in 2013, Positive Community Kitchen was founded as a response to a community tragedy, using food to bring us together and give us strength. 💪

While some things have changed in the last 13 years, our mission has not wavered. We still aim to show up for our community members in crises with meals to nourish their bodies from the inside out.

Positive Community Kitchen needs your help to continue to feed community members facing the unimaginable. We are looking for 20 new sustaining donors to join our Positivity Club for the month of May! As a thank you for signing up, every donation of $20 a month or more, you will receive the Nourishing Community cook book. This cook book is from our Ceres Community Project affilate partners and is filled with delicious recipes for your whole family to enjoy.

Happy National Chocolate Chip day!

To celebrate, we wanted to share a recent client favorite, our Cherry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies! This is a Positive Community Kitchen favorite due to how flexible this recipe is! You can alter it to include whatever dried fruits and nuts you might have in your pantry.

Will you try them? Let us know your mix-ins down in the comments!
